    Hi there,

    This is brilliant!
My husband has lost so many hairs lately. He is anxious about it. And now he wants to take a pill that will make his hair grow fast, but I am against it. I think it is dangerous for his health. I will show him this article, hoping it will make him change his mind. Just a question, please. How long do you think it will take to see the difference?

Thank you for this useful post!

It will take like 6months – one year to recover your hair to its normal. It’s a gradual process. A product that promises quick recovery, it’s fake!. It takes time for the scalp to come to normal.

During my years of suffering, I became more afraid when ever the doctor justifies my problem to having no solution. With a lot of prescription to see if we can treat the ill. But month by month, my hair get thinner and thinner. With the frustration I became Disappointed with doctors prescription and got motivated to solely research on my problem. Thanks for doing so, also!

  2. What attracts me most of a man besides their inner-self is their head of hair. It’s good to know that one has to take care of what they eat to have good things like this. I guess that’s when one know a bald person doesn’t watch what they eat. lol jk

    1. That’s it.

Hair loss can be  caused by bad diet, which temporarily pushes hairs from the growth phase of the hair growth cycle to the resting phase, causing hair loss. Treat hair loss naturally by eating good food and maintaining good diet.

What an awesome list of great foods. Thank you for adding the ways these different foods will cause different effects. Having a thyroid problem hasn’t made things easy on my hair. And I love to fine tune my diet to see if it can change the way my hair feels and looks. Fingers crossed.

    1. I’m sorry for that.

When your hormone get out of whack as a result of thyroid disease, your whole body can feel off-kilter. Your weight, your mood, and even your thinking, can be affected, and you may have a host of other physical symptoms too. Hair loss is a common side effect of thyroid disease, but it’s not a permanent problem as long as you get the treatment you need.

      thanks for your comment!
