Not eating barely anything at all has an effect . I’m always specific when it comes to what we take daily,. Always take food that contain Iron, lack of it can cause Lethargy and shortness of breath.  we have many food that are rich in Iron, which include red meat, beans, kale, and dried fruits such as raisins, cranberries, and apricots.

Lack of iron has a lot of effect to our health, which I believe hair loss is one. Our hair really need iron for it’s effective growth.

Foods that contain vitamin A  is another healthiest items that you can eat. like fish, carrots, sweet potatoes, kale, spinach, and collard greens. Avoid eating too much fast food

As I have earlier said, what you put into your system affects your whole body. And mostly those  these food served are high sugar, carbs, calories, which might result not only causing hair loss rather causing more numerous effect like , obesity, high cholesterol, cardiovascular disease, sleep disturbances etc.

This is another factors that hinder and support hair loss. Too much thinking And constantly being worried has a lot negative effect on our health which causes not only hair loss but also chest pains, stomach aches, uncontrolled shaking, panic attacks, depression, as well as a lack of focus and mental acuity.

Our daily commitment to our jobs is another factor on it’s own, stressing yourself  to please your boss. It causes hair loss and eventually affect our health. , if you’re constantly in a state of stress, you’re actually playing a part to your condition. 1. I found it very interesting reading through this article. Everyone wants to have healthy hair and you mention stress, which I think plays quite a part in hair loss. But its important to have a healthy diet, like eating enough iron. Its not great that there is so much fast and processed foods today.

An engaging post with good use of images and will really help people on the topic.

    1. Metabolic or hormonal stress and certain medications can cause hair loss, especially if it is sudden. This condition is called Telogen effluvium

For hair to look full and luxurious, it needs sufficient nutrients. Extreme or crash diets deprive your hair of protein, iron, omega-3 fattyacids and zinc. “Very low-calorie diets are often lacking in sufficientnutrients and can stunt hair growth or leave hair dull and limp. If the nutritional deficiency is big enough — like for someone with an eating disorder — hair can fall out,” according to WebMD.

Thanks Very Much Eden, I will add more images

There are nutritional supplements that help with hair health. B-vitamins, bamboo silica, and collagen supplements are supposed to be good for hair. Hair loss is only one of many adverse health effects from stress, and meditation is good for relieving it. There are a lot of free guided meditations online for people who find it hard to meditate.

    1. thanks very Much for your comment.

Nutritional deficiencies can contribute to hair loss even without a thyroid condition.

      So, always take:

      • vitamins B-7 (biotin) and B complex
      • zinc
      • copper
      • iron
      • vitamins C, E, and A
      • coenzyme Q10

A multivitamin may help boost your stores. Beware that too much supplementation may lead to hair thinning.

I’m 40 and I feel fortunate to still be having much of my hair, but the last couple of weeks I noticed my hair is not feeling very soft and I can’t get it in good position as easy as it should. I have had this problem in the past and it goes away when I rotate shampoos. However, as of lately this doesn’t seem to work.

I’m not noticing any immediate changes in my eating habits. Maybe you could help?

I will recommend you to apply Rosemary Hair Oil.

      To create your own rosemary
hair oil at home, mix together 2 tablespoons of rosemary oil and one
ounce of grapeseed oil. Massage this into dry hair each day and let
stand for three minutes before bathing or showering. Another treatment
option is to mix together 4 and a half teaspoons of jojoba oil in a
small bowl with 6 drops of rosemary oil and 4 drops of cedarwood oil.
Massage this into your scalp each night for two minutes every night and
      rinse the next morning.

I had no idea that hair loss was such a prevalent condition among women, or that it came from so many different causes! I have a very good friend who I used to live with and she was always losing her hair. She got frustrated because her hair was so thin that she couldn’t do much by way of styling it. Now that I have read your article I think that it was due to her being low in Iron. She didn’t eat very much meat because she didn’t like it.

I am going to send her your article and maybe she can get some ideas on how to help her hair stop falling out. Thanks for the great info!

I quite enjoyed this article on hair loss. Hair loss can be attributed to stress, and this is an issue a lot of us have to deal with everyday. And most times, our diet does not contain the nutrients our body need in the right proportion to function optimally.

I would add more red meat to my dear to ensure my hair receives enough iron. Thanks for the information, well appreciated.
